Who we are
TacSide is a product of GTCO Holdings. Questions and requests about your data go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Notify list: if you ask to be notified at launch, we keep your email address (and your role, if you give it) only to tell you when TacSide opens and about your early-access price. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Account details: your email address and a password. The password is stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text.
- Sign-in records: a session record and a record of computers you have verified, so we can keep your account on one computer at a time.
- Log-in codes: a one-time 6-digit code we email when you sign in from a new computer. It expires after 10 minutes.
- Coupons: if you redeem a coupon, we record which account used it.
- Payment details (when billing launches): handled by our payment provider. We will not store full card numbers.
Cookies
We use two cookies that are required for sign-in: one keeps you signed in, and one remembers a verified computer for 60 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your data
We use your information to run your account, send sign-in codes and account messages, and operate the service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account for as long as it is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Children
TacSide is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use encrypted connections and salted password hashing. No service is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
Changes
We will post changes to this page and update the date above. Material changes will be sent to account holders by email.
