The service
TacSide is a fireground command training product offered by GTCO Holdings. It is for training and education. It is not a substitute for real-world command, incident reporting or operational decisions.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password private. One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Early-price membership
The first 100 members receive 50% off the listed monthly price for as long as they stay a member, as long as the membership is continuously active. Billing starts at launch. Prices and plans may change for new members. Offer terms may be updated before billing starts, and we will tell you before any change affects your price.
Coupons
Coupon codes are single-use unless stated otherwise. Each code gives the access stated when it is issued and can be revoked for misuse.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the service or its content, or try to get into accounts that are not yours.
Our content
The TacSide name, logo, scenarios, structures, and training content are owned by GTCO Holdings or used with permission. You may use them for your own training, not for commercial redistribution.
No warranty; limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GTCO Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using TacSide at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
